CPR by phone – Tenn.

On November 24, 2007 a woman in Morristown (Tenn.) dialed 911 to report that a 16 year-old boy, Jordan Kaleb Shelton, wasn’t breathing. A Hamblen County dispatcher gave the caller CPR instructions as EMS units were enroute. The boy’s foster father, Kenneth Taylor, was later arrested and charged with choking the youth.
